- Trent Park reserves to right to cancel or amend any lessons or event in line with Government Guidance.
- In the event of a lockdown, all lessons and events will be cancelled or postponed. Please note that you will receive credit/ tokens to your EcPro account for any cancellations.
- Please do not attend the centre if you are feeling unwell or are displaying any symptoms associated with COVID-19 including high temperature, cough or loss of taste and smell. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the centre if they are displaying any symptoms.
- We also reserve the right to take the temperature of anyone attending the centre.
- Numbers at the centre will be kept to a reasonable level in line with any guidance received from our governing bodies.
- Please sanitise your hands on arrival at the centre
- We recommend that face coverings are worn in all indoor areas of the centre.
- Clean gloves must be worn when riding
- Please maintain a 2 metre distance from other clients, instructors and staff.
- Please only enter the office if necessary- staff on the yard are on hand to assist with any questions when you are here and we are happy to discuss any questions over the phone or email before you attend the centre.
- Only 1 person in any indoor area at a time including the toilet block and tack rooms.
- Instructors will wear face coverings when assisting with mounting etc but may remove these when teaching to ensure you can clearly hear instructions.
- In the event of an accident, PPE will be worn by any attending first aider.
